    1. There are several of these seed-to-table type book floating around, but this one happens to be the one I read and now love having for a quick reference. I love that it is stylish, useful, and beautifully illustrated. This book now permanently sits on my coffee table because it never makes it back to the shelf.

    2. Usefully set out around the individual crops, it was again limited by the lack of recipes to use when you're experiencing a glut.
