    1. Coming up to Halloween, this is the perfect picture book. I absolutely LOVED it with its wondrous illustrations of the little ghost and it's heart warming twist. Spooky, with excellent values for little readers!

    2. Nice twist on a ghost story, with the ghost reacting to the noises in her own house. Love the expressions on the ghost's face as she listens and reacts and comforts herself. Lots of rich details in the house and of the models; I can't even imagine how much time this took to create! The story is spookier and sadder the more slowly you read and the more you pay attention to; the boys are just exploring but the girl is piecing together the ghost's story of a happy family devastated by influenzad it [...]

    3. This book has got to feature the CUTEST ghost in the whole world. She is in her haunted house alone and there are spooky noises coming from downstairs. But she's a ghost--she's not scared. The darling dolls that star as the main characters in the story are utterly adorable in every way. Readers wi [...]

    4. Great book for storytime! Fun take on the haunted house theme as it's told from the point of view of the ghost. Someone is in her house making noise-but she's not scared! I also love the illustrations-sculptures and a haunted house that make it even more fun and a bit scary.

    6. Pretty cute book with really interesting pictures - the illustrator made all these dolls for the characters and a model spooky house. Just how did she make the one doll a ghost?! :)

    7. Such great illustrations, so much to look at. The story is charming to, especially with Halloween coming up.
