    1. I love this book. I picked it up as a sale book, checked out another sale noodle book and put that one back. Kept this. Read it. Got inspired by it. Am now back to sampling scrumptious noodles. Oh noodles are so wonderful. So quick, so easy, so tasty, so many varieties and combinations with various ingredients. Soul food.
