    1. I don't remember reading this tiny novella two years ago but says I did. This time I borrowed/downloaded the audiobook thinking it would be a full length palate cleanser.Wrong. Thankfully short, this discussion of who's career path is more important and is the wife willing to uproot her family and job to follow her husband on his 80 hour a week opportunity is predictable. I still like Barbara Delinsky. I will make sure I choose her full length books in the future.

    2. How we all need to take a look at what matters most in our lives and find a way to keep it in front of us doing times when we feel our world is falling apart.

    3. This was a nice, quick read. Blessed with three wonderful children and a life full of material comforts, Rick and Ellen have always had a happy, if increasingly busy, marriage. But when Rick announces that he’s been offered a promotion that will make the family pick up and move across country for a fourth time, Ellen is dismayed; she and their children have made a life for themselves in Portsmouth, not to mention that she is about to reach a pivotal point in her own teaching career. 4. A short novel for a Barbara Delinsky book. But still a good read overall. This book covers a decision a couple has to make that will determine if this already struggling marriage will either stay together or separate. I found this book to be very realistic with some couples' battles out there today. Good job Barbara!

    5. This very short story was interesting as it began, I could relate to the conflict the couple felt, but then it turned very sugar sweet and too predictable. I also read a sample of Delinsky's new book, ESCAPE, which releases July 5. I think it will be interesting.

    6. This is a nice short story that makes you think about what couples have to decide and go through all the time. It makes you think about if all the decisions you are making are for the good of yourself or your family.

    7. It was very short!!! A nice story but way to short. She is really introducing her next book with this one.

    8. It was a cute short story; it covered the fears I have about a relationship and assured me that you can trust the ones you love.

    9. Very short, 19 pages, but will he move to Houston without her or stay with her and the 3 kids, money, or love and time.
