    1. George is a helicopter paramedic - the best of the best. Years ago, she was in love with Max, but when he got a too-good-to-refuse job offer in Glasgow, she felt like he was putting his career before hers, and refused to go with him. Now he's back, and they have a second chance at love.I often like Alison Roberts, but this one fell flat for me - the most memorable thing about it was the cover.     2. Another good read. This had some action, emotions, some difficulties and self-discovery, good side characters, and a good HEA. I wouldn't mind reading this one again but it wouldn't be a go-to. I enjoyed reading it and it kept me pretty interested in seeing what happened next. I liked the tense feeling of the missions and the way each side was felt. The ending was definitely perfect and a good way to finish the book.
